Baseball Turf

Synthetic Turf offers a variety of different baseball turfs ranging from a complete baseball facility to include infield and outfield turf, colored base path turf, batting cage mats, and home plate halos.

Baseball Mats

Baseball Home Plate Mat is a 6’ x 12’ mat made of tufted Athletic Turf 5m. It has a pile height of 7/16” (tufted) and a pile weight of 32 oz. sq. yd. The primary backing is a stabilized woven polypropylene. We have attached 5mm urethane cushion.

On the home plate mat, there is a batter’s box on each side of the plate. The white batter box lines are made of AT5M and are tufted in, not painted. The home plate is made of straight polypropylene, 5700 denier yarn and is inserted into the mat with Nordot 34 G adhesive.

Home Plate Halos

Synthetic Turf of Illinois offers a variety of different size home plate halos. Choose with or without wings, different styles of turf, color logos available. Installed on concrete or an aggragate base. Call for pricing.
