The product is extremely durable and has a projected live expectancy of 15 -20 years in the Midwest! Our sand and granulated rubber in fill keeps the blades of grass from matting down and keeps the area soft. You can say farewell to the high expense of mowing, fertilizing and watering ! Similarly the meridians in Villages and in private clubs are a perfect site for “Soft Lawn” – just put a soaker in where your trees or flowers are – no weeds, no fertilizer and no mowing of the surrounding area.

STI can do your entire yard in SoftLawn or just a small area that is reserved for the children or family dog. SoftLawn is perfect for under swing sets in place of mulch as it drains incredibly fast due to the drain holes. No more messy mulch or dirt spots! The artificial grass can be cleaned with a leaf blower and rake as well as hosed down. The Simple Green product can also be used to disenfect the turf as needed if there are animals present. STI offers 6 different types of grass depending upon your personal preference and budget. Each grass is designed to resemble the characteristics of the real grass it is named after, from Kentucky Blue Grass to our Zoysia.

STI utilizes a soft polyethylene 2” synthetic fiber that is UV protected. It has been treated and tufted on a porous backing. The same quality product is used for our school, play yard and lawn applications which resembles real grass. The surface is infilled to increase stability , creating a weighted surface which looks beautiful all year long. It can be cleaned with a leaf blower or rake. The fibers are water resistant and our technicians are trained to install your new yard with proper seaming and drainage.
